Photos At Sea

Photos of the sea are particularly difficult to take. The sea either looks benign when the waves are big or the waves are grossly exaggerated. Its to do with the deck of the boat never being level for long. If the yacht is going up the wave in front, the wave behind can look huge when viewed from the deck, however the photo may make the sea look flat as there are no reference points.

So if you have ever wondered what the sea looks like at sea keep watching this page as we will try to explain it in photos.

Sea Life at sea.

Coming into Colon, Panama. ITCZ is the new and grovey name for the Doldrums. How boring the renamers are! Anyway, the ITCZ moves and is just coming over Panama. The air starts to go upwards into the upper atmosphere, it then cools and descends in the Horse Latitudes. This photo shows the weird cloud effects that stretch from sea level right up.
