We are both orginally from Sydney, Australia. We make delicious roast dinners on Sea Life. We love chocolate. We love nature and sailing. We like to relax and have fun. We love Sea Life and Our Life At Sea.....what more can we say!

Us with a lovely new friend in Thailand, a beautiful elephant in 2009!

Us in Kumai, Indonesia holding hands with a gorgeous mummy Orangutan with her little newborn baby. She was so heavy and really pulled us down to her and gave us all of her weight to support. Her hands felt leathery on the palms and rough and furry on the top. She went up to Mark first and reached out and took his hand, I think she liked him very much!!

Us in beautiful Tonga in 2008!

Relaxing with a cold drink in deck chairs on the beach waterfront in Mamaris, Turkey. Buy a drink and get a free sunbed for the day. What a deal!

Mark & Nicolle always happy and in love. This photo was taken just after we became engaged in Sydney, 2008.

Mark has always loved sailing! He has sailed and raced yachts since he was a little boy of only 12 years old. He had also raced on larger yacths in various places around the world. He is a wonderful captain! (says Nic & Guckie our duck)

And he has always had a sun tan, unlike Nicolle...

Nicolle before her cruising days...without a sun tan:) Nic couldn't sail before we got Sea Life and her first 'sailing lessson' was our first passage from Saint Martin to Colon, Panama direct which took 10 days of non stop sailing. She fell in love with Sea Life and sailing during that passage and still is!

Me having a relaxing morning cup of tea after sleeping on deck with little Guckie (our baby, well our duck who lived with us in Sydney and has been sailing around the world too on Sea Life)
Cruising can only be summed up in one word....wonderful. I love it! I am having the most amazing time. I love living on Sea Life, I love sailing at sea and I love exploring new countries.

Me having fun with my basket of coconuts from the markets (I found one that had a little happy face on it), my favorite drink on Sea Life - fresh coconut!
My favorite place we have visited so far is the beautiful Galapagos Islands. I just fell in love with the Sea Lions there, they are the most sweetest, cutest animals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in the wild. We swam (snorkeled) with them in beautiful crystal clear water and played with them diving and twirling underwater they were like graceful ballet dancers underwater, but waddled around slowly on land.
Life on a boat is so easy and simple. You realise how you can be perfectly happy with the very basics in life, you realise you can do your clothes washing in a big plastic red bucket and it can be lots of fun too. I enjoy going to sea and doing long passages just as much as I do entering a new port and exploring a country for the first time.

Me doing the washing by hand, having fun!
All I can say is that if you have the chance to get out into the cruising world, then go, go as soon as you can! You won't regret it and you will have the most wonderful time of your life and meet some of the most fantastic people in the world.
